How to get to us
By Car - From the North: Exit the Motorway A1 - Rome North. Head towards the direction of Naples. Take exit 14, follow the highway towards the east San Giovanni. From Piazza San Giovani go along Via Merulana until you come to the la basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Then follow the road for Via Cavour. After 300 mtrs on the left you will find the entrance to Via Cavour number 176. Otherwise if you have come on the A24 follow the highway towards the east San Giovanni, you will come to the cemetery and then head towards s.Giovanni.From Piazza San Giovani go along Via Merulana until you come to the la basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore.Then follow the road for Via Cavour. After 300 mtrs on the left you will find the Bed and Breakfast.
Connections to and from the Airports
The city is easy to reach.
By Plane
The main airport is Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino).
The other airport is Pastine (Ciampino), where most charter flights land.
Leonardo da Vinci airport is 26 km from Rome and the quickest way to reach central Rome is the shuttle train, the Leonardo Express, which leaves every 30 minutes for the main station, Stazione Termini. The journey lasts about half an hour and costs 14 Euro (info http://www.trenitalia.com.
From there, it is possible to reach any point in the city thanks to the extensive public transport network. The terminus is right outside the station and it is connected to the two underground lines, A and B. Also inside the airport train station is the local train, which stops at Trastevere, Ostiense and Tiburtina Stations. The cost is 5.50 Euro. At night there is a coach service from Fiumicino to Tiburtina station.
Ciampino airport is about 20 km from the city; it is connected to the FS (State Railway) train station Roma Termini by Cotral/Schiaffini blue buses. Tickets can be bought onboard and cost 5 Euro.
The Sitbusshuttle line also connects the airport to Termini station at a cost of 6 Euro.
Terravision offers a city transfer service for those arriving with Ryanair, Easyjet, Hapag Lloyd Express, Wizz Air, Blue Air and Central Wings. Tickets cost 8 Euro for adults and 4 Euros for children. They can be bought on airplanes, the internet sites of the low cost companies, at the stands in front of the airport arrival area as well as directly from Terravision

The Comune di Roma (Rome Council) has set up a fixed tariff for taxis from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports to inside the city walls. The tariff is 40 Euro from Fiumicino and 30 Euro from Ciampino (maximum 4 people with baggage included in the tariff).

Train Services
The main stations in Rome are Stazione Termini (Piazza dei Cinquecento) and Stazione Tiburtina (Piazza della Stazione Tiburtina). Both stations are connected to the network by the underground and many buses in all directions leave from outside the stations. For information on times and ticket prices we advise you to connect the railway company site Ferrovie dello Stato, where after registering you can also buy tickets on-line and pick them up on the train itself.
By Coach
Across the road from Tiburtina Station there is a coach station with departures for other Italian cities and abroad. The ticket offices for this service are in the shops along the side of the square.
By Car
For those coming from the North the best way to reach Rome is the A1 Milano-Roma motorway. Those arriving from the West of Italy should take the Aurelia and then the Civitavecchia-Roma motorway. Those arriving from the Adriatic Coast can reach Rome via the Roma-L'Aquila motorway while from the South take the A1. All the motorways intersect Rome's ring road, called Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA), which has junctions for the centre and the outskirts of Rome.

Treni, siamo vicino alla stazione Termini.

La stazione ferroviaria di Roma Termini costituisce il più importante scalo ferroviario della città di Roma e d'Italia. Si trova in Piazzale dei Cinquecento.
A Termini sono presenti servizi ferroviari di tutte le categorie oggi esistenti, dall'AV, agli Eurostar, agli Intercity (con le varie sfumature), ai servizi notturni nazionali ed internazionali.
Sono inoltre presenti numerosissimi treni interregionali, regionali e diretti, oltre ai servizi suburbani ‘'FR: (FR4, FR5, FR6, FR7, FR8), A Termini si attesta anche il servizio "Leonardo Express", che fornisce un collegamento diretto con l'Aeroporto di Roma-Fiumicino.
Roma Termini può essere raggiunta con le linee A e B della metropolitana di Roma oltre che da numerose linee di autobus e tram, ed è il principale terminale cittadino per i taxi.
La stazione ferroviaria di Roma Ostiense si trova nel quartiere Ostiense, in Piazza dei Partigiani, a breve distanza da Porta San Paolo.
Nella stazione transitano anche le ferrovie metropolitane FR1, FR3 e FR5.
La stazione è anche collegata con la fermata Piramide della linea B della metropolitana romana e con la stazione Roma Porta San Paolo della Ferrovia Roma-Lido.
La stazione Tiburtina, è uno tra più importanti snodi ferroviari di Roma, in quanto vi si fermano tutti i treni a lunga percorrenza che non attestano a Roma Termini. In futuro vi fermeranno i treni TAV della linea Firenze - Napoli. La stazione trasporta in media 22 milioni di persone all'anno, e si trova nella zona Est di Roma nel quartiere Pietralata e vicino il quartiere Nomentano.
Nella stazione transitano i convogli delle linee regionali FR1 e FR2.
Nello stesso plesso si trova l'omonima stazione della linea B della metropolitana di Roma. Poco più avanti del piazzale della stazione si trova l'autostazione tiburtina, un moderno terminal di arrivi e partenze di autobus di linea a media e lunga percorrenza sia per l'italia che per l'estero. Inoltre Il piazzale della stazione funge da capolinea di numerose linee di autobus che lo collegano con il quartiere Pietralata, Tiburtino, Casal Bertone e il centro della città.

By Train - There is a bus available to take passengers to the nearby train station, and passengers then take the train into Rome. Alternatively take a bus to the central train station in Rome. There are taxis available to take passengers to the railway stations, and the fare will be about 35.
Ciampino Airport - Anagnina Metro
Anagnina is at the end of Metro Linea A, which runs right through Rome, with stops including Stazione Termini and Piazza di Spagna. This section of the journey will take half an hour or more. Tickets (€1 for 75 minutes' travel) can be bought from machines or news-stands. If you're planning to do a lot of travelling by public transport, this is a good time to buy a travelcard.

By Bus - CO.TRA.L. operates a bus which connects the airport to the Anagnina Underground station (line A) and to the train station of Ciampino. From Anagnina, it is a direct 30-minute metro journey to Termini station. From the Ciampino train station, it's a direct 15 minute connection to Rome Termini.
Terravision's Rome Coach Services
This is a direct bus service, timed to coincide with flights, which connects Ciampino with Stazione Termini in the centre of Rome. This airport service has always seemed fairly efficient, and is, after a taxi, the most efficient and comfortable way to get into Rome. The journey takes around 40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Ciampino - Termini bus
A bus service also run by Schiaffini, connects the airport with Termini.
